Employment Judge Benjimin Burgher

Attended Manchester (LLB (Hons)); King's College London (PGDip EC Law); Member of Gray's Inn; Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb); Previously worked as a barrister and has over 20 years experience of commercial employment related matters and professional negligence claims relating to the provision of legal services.  He has worked in an international law firm as an employed barrister and also as a Legal Consultant in the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department on labour law.

Mrs Caroline Haines

Attended Cambridge. An Educator who moved through different levels of management in London and Essex schools. Head Teacher of a 16-19 institution. Moved into consultancy and advised on opening up access to elite Universities. Devised Post 16 curriculum frameworks and enabled marketing, media and development projects. Representation on the IMB at Belmarsh HSP, the Windsor Fellowship and other social inclusion schemes.

Senior positions at NewMedia SPARK plc (now SPARK Ventures) and at Galahad Capitals Plc. Chairman of the Haringey Project for OnSide (youth clubs in deprived metropolitan areas).

 Mrs Jane Lunnon

Attended University of Bristol (English) and North London Collegiate School. Began a career in marketing and research before taking up teaching. She has had a broad experience of both single-sex and co-educational environments and has been Head of Wimbledon High School since September 2014, previously Senior Deputy Head at Wellington College where she spent 12 years as an English teacher, Head of English and Assistant Director of Studies, before moving to Prior's Field School, as Head of Sixth Form then Deputy Head. She re-joined Wellington in 2010 as Senior Deputy, playing a key role in its Senior Leadership Team, working to increase the profile of girls in the recently co-educational school.  Helped to set up The Sunday Times / Wellington College Annual Education Festival and has run (and spoken at) numerous workshops and conferences, including twice at the Global Girls Education Forum in the US.  Governor: Newland House and Notting Hill Prep School. Member of the Royal Shakespeare Company Education Committee. Currently secretary of the GSA London Region Heads' division and sits on the HMC Universities Committee. Married to Neill Lunnon, Head of Fulham Prep School (previously Housemaster & Deputy Pastoral at Wellington College).


Mr Alderman Nicholas Lyons

Attended Cambridge (History). Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York 1982. Investment banker with Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers until retirement in 2003. Specialised as a corporate financier advising banks and insurance companies on mergers and acquisitions. Served as a non-executive director, senior independent director or chairman of numerous financial institutions including Catlin Group and insurance broker, Miller Insurance Services. Currently senior independent director of Pension Insurance Corporation, chairs a small venture capital partnership and a commercial real estate investment trust and sits on the board of Temple Bar Investment Trust. Governor of The King's School, Canterbury (vice chairman), St Columba's College, Dublin, and St Dunstan's College, London. Trustee of various local charities in north Norfolk.

City of London: 2017 elected Alderman for the Ward of Tower. Liveryman of the Worshipful Companies of The Merchant Taylors and Bakers.

Dr Alasdair Pinkerton

PhD FRGS; Senior Lecturer in Human Geography and Geopolitics at Royal Holloway, University of London, Department of Geography: Regional specialisms in the British Overseas Territories, South Atlantic (Falkland Islands, Argentina, Chile) and South Asia (India, Pakistan and Afghanistan), as well as working extensively in the US, Canada and the UK. In 2013 served as an accredited observer of the Falklands Islands referendum. In 2015 awarded the Thesiger-Oman Fellowship by the Royal Geographical Society. Appears frequently in the UK and international media on issues related to global geopolitics.


Mr Stephen Ravenscroft

More recently, more focused on the independent schools' sector. 2011-2016 Trustee of Barrow Hills School. Acts as trustee of the Ayrton Senna Foundation.
