It is very well resourced and includes; a ceramic studio, photography and dark room facilities and a dedicated printmaking studio with silk screen and etching equipment.

An extensive range of after school activities and other workshops are offered:

• Various art activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all age groups
• Art attack activities for First and Second Form pupils on Saturday mornings
• Life drawing classes on Wednesday afternoons for Sixth Form pupils.
• Portfolio building sessions for art school applicants from September to January.
• Frequent visits to exhibitions both locally and in London.
• Regular Sixth Form and art scholars’ workshops run by visiting artists.
• Guest speakers talking about their art work.
• Pupils are encouraged to enter competitions both locally and nationally.
