Teacher of English

Maternity Cover from September 2012

We seek a well-qualified and enthusiastic person to teach English throughout the school in a strong and well resourced department.  The ability to teach some Drama will be an advantage.  Applications are welcome from newly qualified teachers.    Previous experience of teaching the IB is not expected, but a willingness to contribute fully to the life of this busy school will be required.

 Science Technician

Up to 30 hours per week, term time only

Required from September 2012

We are looking to appoint a Science Technician, with specific biological (preferably micro-biological) knowledge, to support the academic staff in the smooth running of the department, offering technical assistance to staff and pupils in and out of lessons.  Previous experience in a school environment would be an advantage.

There may be the opportunity to combine this post with a resident pastoral position in one of our Boarding Houses
