Ultimate Frisbee

It is a cross between American Football scoring (holding the ‘disc’ in an end zone) and Netball (where movement with the disc is not permitted) and is a very fast, non-contact sport played in mixed teams.

There is no referee - the sport’s philosophy is that of ‘Spirit of the Game‘, where any disputes are resolved amicably between players.

Ultimate is played at many universities, and previous pupils of King Edward’s have gone on to play for their university teams.
