The School has excellent sports facilities, including a large sports hall and indoor swimming pool, as well as a large artificial pitch and some beautiful grass pitches.

Whatever the weather, top quality sports facilities are always available at King Edwards. Our experienced grounds team ensure that there are always great quality surfaces to play on, allowing pupils to fully express their talents.

Last year, the School's astro-turf pitch and our grounds staff were recognised by the Institute of Groundsmanship when they were runners-up for the Best Maintained Artificial Surface in the UK - quite some accolade!
