Equipping the Sixth Form with skills for life

As part of the enrichment programme, all students attend the Sixth Form Programme.

Through this programme, students are given a variety of opportunities which provide them with the necessary skills, experiences and guidance to progress on from the Sixth Form.

Some of the topics include:
  • How to get the most out of IB
  • Study skills: note-taking, research and essay writing 
  • Careers – post 18 choices, university applications, gap year options 
  • Interview and presentation skills 
  • Health issues 
  • Life Skills – safe computing, financial advice, coping with stress, laundry skills, survival in the kitchen...as examples. 
Guest speakers are also a regular feature and include:
