As well as a full range of core curriculum subjects, pupils in the Lower School are offered a wide variety of exciting activities on a Saturday morning.

In the Lower School, all pupils have access to the broadest curriculum possible. This comprises English, Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Religious Education, Art, Design Technology, Music, Information Technology, Drama and Physical Education. All pupils in the First Form experience French, German and Latin, except those for whom English as an Additional Language is regarded as more beneficial.

In the Second Form, pupils continue with all three languages, with the option of taking Classical Civilisation instead of Latin for those for whom language is not a strength. All subjects are taught in form groups, except for Mathematics and Languages which are taught in sets arranged by ability.
