“This is a song I wrote named ‘Déjà Vu. This was constructed during the first lockdown back in April in which it created a ‘Summer Hit’ sound. This project will feature on my EP coming soon called ‘Music on the Floor’ which contains Déjà Vu and 4 other songs of mine.
The song uses very thick textures with 44 different tracks being overdubbed at certain points. It uses multiple voices with reverb to give it a relaxing feel. This was done on Logic Pro X and this is one of my most well edited songs yet.
The song is written in reflection of last summer and trying to create the same time that we had before, this year even with COVID going on.”
