GCSE performance of Cookies
12th October 2021
On Tuesday 12th October, our GCSE pupils performed to an audience their production of Cookies, as part of their GCSE in Drama. Pupils performed twice, throughout the afternoon as a Matinee performance, and in the evening, which our staff, parents and our boarding pupils were invited to attend. The event also doubled as the Drama scholar showcase, the first of this academic year.
The performance was an opportunity for pupils to show the skills they have been working on, and to demonstrate their understanding of Drama and Theatre. In the performance, the theme of the Internet and Online Presence was touched upon, highlighting the effects and influence of social media and beyond.
