What's your favourite thing about working at King Edward's Witley?
I am very lucky that my job is very varied and everyday is different. One minute I might be organising lesson cover, then arranging minibus repairs, or timetabling music lessons. I am also very privileged to have the opportunity to sing in the Chapel Choir which has given me the opportunity to sing in beautiful Cathedrals here in the UK and even in Venice!
What are your hobbies?
Playing my flute and violin (not very often nowadays), gardening and running a local hockey club
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to work in radio or television as a technician or something similar.
What is the funniest thing a pupil has said to you?
I used to be an infant teacher and there were many occasions when I would be called ‘Mummy’ or ‘Daddy’ by my Year Ones!
Lucy B, an A-Level drama pupil at King Edward`s Witley, directed her own interpretation of the renowned play `Woyzeck`. The two evenings of productions had everyone hooked by the intense storyline.
