Over half term, we had a fantastic time skiing in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy! ❄️ The weather was perfect, with sunshine following a week of fresh snowfall, creating ideal skiing conditions.
Our pupils made the most of every day on the slopes and enjoyed evening activities like snowshoe walking and sledging. A huge well done to everyone for their enthusiasm and effort throughout the trip!
Our broad co-curricular programme ignites new passions and provides opportunities to learn and do both at home and away.

Our pupils (and brilliant staff!) had an incredible time surfing and exploring stunning Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands—a perfect escape from the cold February winter to the warm sunshine!
Encouraging our pupils to find passions beyond the classroom, our broad co-curricular and activities programme offers immense opportunities to travel internationally and experience ‘more & different’ in every sense.

KEY SKILLS: Team work, problem solving, critical thinking, communication, a little musical knowledge and an exceptionally a cool head under pressure!
THE RESULT: Smashed it! By putting their love of music puzzles to use and breaking out of their escape room well under the time of an hour!
A fantastic escape room experience for our Year 7 and Year 8 Queen Mary House (QMH) boarders this weekend. Daniel and Tohir (pictured) were particularly proud of their achievement. 45m:59s

Career Networking at KESW 2025 ✈️
As part of National Careers Week, last week our Careers & Higher Education team hosted a career networking event for our 4th and Lower Sixth Form Pupils.
We were joined by amazing parents and alumni who shared their diverse career journeys from cybersecurity and legal to nutritional therapy and automotive design.
Our great thanks to all for broadening horizons, helping our pupils in their understanding of career pathways and for supporting them to make informed decisions about their next steps.
