From individual trophies, to House competitions, from specialist sports to national arenas, we provide opportunities to develop skills or achieve personal best, where pupils are supported to enjoy the simple pleasure of taking part in activities or work together for collective competitive glory.

The sports programme at King Edward’s is extensive. Another unforgettable afternoon in the Countess of Munster Music School, the annual Battle of the Bands showcased the breadth and depth of musical talent across our School community. After some incredibly close judging, Grakefield from the 3rd Form were named this year’s winners.

The KESWTube winners, Sam and Marlow, delivered standout performances, a well-deserved recognition that reflects the strength and quality of our music provision, as well as our pupils’ commitment and creativity.

It was a pleasure to also welcome young performers from our fellow Bridewell School, @barrowhillsschool, and to see our QMH girls take the stage with confidence after weeks of dedicated preparation. It was a vibrant showcase of musical excellence, thanks to the passion and effort of all who took part and supported.
