At King Edward’s our uniform shop is known as the Sewing Room, as it offers an alteration and repair service as well as the supplying all uniform, sports and games kit. The Sewing Room is in the South Side of the main school building. Please enter via Reception and follow signs to the Sewing Room.
School fees at King Edward’s currently include the provision of the main school uniform clothing for pupils from 1st to 5th Form. The Sixth Form wear their own suits, which need to be purchased from external retail shops. The fees do not provide sports and games kit free of charge so these are chargeable. All pupils are required to buy the King Edward’s sports kit, and appropriate safety accessories, for example mouth guards, shin pads. These are all available for purchase in the Sewing Room.
Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays, Easter and between Christmas and New Year.
8am to 12pm. Closed for lunch and reopens 12.30pm to 4.15pm.
The Sewing Room is open during school holidays and half terms with variable hours. Please contact the Sewing Room staff to make an appointment in the holiday times. Telephone +44 (0)1428 686764.

We apologise to our parents and in particular to Barrow Hills School parents who normally choose to use the Uniform Shop rather than the online facility.
