Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing. ~ NHS website

The following videos are examples of Yoga classes at a range of levels. Please be mindful of your personal fitness level and only attempt those that feel comfortable for you. There are plenty of videos on Youtube that will guide you through a class for any ability and at any pace.
