Mrs Pevereall will be running classes on Thursday for pupils in which they will have an introduction to yoga. Classes will consist of 20-30 minute sessions for a range of levels.
Welcome to the new ‘King Edward’s Witley Running Club’. Pupils can join in by downloading the Strava App and joining the new club. Mr Miller will be recording pupils’ 5km and 10km times and seeing who has the fastest time and who has improved the most. The App records both runs and cycles!
Similar to the new King Edward’s Witley Runnning Club, pupils will record their cycles through the Strava App. The App will keep a log of pupils’ total distances and longest rides and then generate a Club Leader-board every week.
Pupils can ride off-road if they wish, but they must wear a helmet for all activities, and no earphones. Mr Head will be keeping track of the fastest and the most approved.

Dr Mir will be keeping track of the walks, with who is going the furthest and the most approved.
Mrs Meyer, King Edward’s very own super athlete, will be running fitness sessions for pupils to join in with. The pre-recorded videos will cover core exercises and the live sessions will be whole body workouts.
This Dance class on a Tuesday will be based around the medium of Jazz and Street Style Dancing. It will cater for keen dancers and pupils who just want to have some fun. The class is designed to improve fitness and flexibility, concentrate on dance technique and release positive endorphins through various dance styles.
HIIT- High Intensity Training is a form of Interval Training. Mrs Fitch will lead the Hockey HIT sessions on a Tuesday
Miss Callaghan will be holding circuits sessions.
